I was ready to live the gym the other day when I saw a woman, making some funny faces in the mirror by the yoga exercise space. She saw my puzzled look, stopped and smiled at me.  She explained she was doing facial exercises everyday in front of her bathroom mirror.

I was intrigued. I did a little more research on the net. The face has 10 different muscles group and over 57 individual muscles and not all are attached to a bone. In a nutshell, when the muscle get weaker, it somewhat drops and the skin start looking saggy. Make no mistakes, as we age the lack of collagen in the skin create wrinkles also. But working out our facial muscles play a big role. Now there are no treadmills or weightlifting machine yet but facial masks and exercises to tone and firm the skin.
