Do not try to have everything
perfect either. Focus on having a good time with friends and
family and do not fussy to much around details.

water
Water flush toxins and keep the
body hydrated. Drink good quality water. Drink more than usual.
If you live in the city, the air in offices, malls, stores and
homes is often dry due to heat sources.
Head aches, dry skin, tension
and irritation are often sign of dehydration.

conversation about past Christmas, have you ever noticed that
most people talk fondly about special moments spent together
