Keep Your Sanity and Health Through The Christmas Season

The suggestions below will help you stay healthy and happy through Christmas and any stressful time in your life.

7 - Drink a lot of water

Water flush toxins and keep the body hydrated. Drink good quality water. Drink more than usual. If you live in the city, the air in offices, malls, stores and homes is often dry due to heat sources.

Head aches, dry skin, tension and irritation are often sign of dehydration. 

8 - Think simplicity

When listening to conversation about past Christmas, have you ever noticed that most people talk fondly about special moments spent together rather that remembering gifts.

The smell from a fresh baked cake, making gifts or just stories and laughter are what we remember the most from past Christmas. 

9 - Use Essential Oils

A few drop of Lavender essential oil in a diffuser has a calming effect on adult and children alike. Make sure to use natural essential oil not synthetic.

10 - Shop Online

Malls and stores are crazy at this time of the year. If you have never done it before, this is a good time to try shopping online.
